  4. Cover your pie baking tin with a foil, spread your cooked minced on the foil.....then on top spread your mashed bananas you can egg wash or leave it like that.....bake @180degrees for 30mins.
  5. Once ready remove from the oven let it rest for about 10mins then serve.....enjoy!.

The stalks in the bottom of the pot serve to keep the leaf-wrapped fruits above. Matoke are green bananas which are really versatile. I love them spiced and here is my recipe.
