How 'bout the fact that you can make a dish your whole family will gobble up? I know a goal for me has always been to make up some meals for the week in advance so that I can pull them out of the fridge or freezer when I'm in a rush or just don't have the time or energy to put something together that day. Place in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Set over high heat, cover and bring to a boil. Unlike other shepherd's pie recipes, this one calls for frozen vegetables instead of fresh and can be made the day before.
