- Burn the onion directly on stove. Cool it and remove the peel that is black. Grind the following ingredients, onion, cloves, cinnamon stick, garlic, green chillies, ginger. Mix the paste to the mince meat. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and mix well. Set aside.
